Samsung is going to launch its Samsung Galaxy S25 series on January 22 at the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event. The possible prices and features of all its smartphones have already been revealed. Samsung Galaxy S25 Series Launch Date

Samsung’s new series base variant Galaxy S25 and mid variant S25 Plus have FHD + Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. Also, both the smartphones will be equipped with Qualcomm’s powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset processor. Which runs on Android 15 based ONE UI7.
Camera: The triple rear camera setup has been completed with 50 megapixel primary sensor + 12 megapixel ultra wide and 10 megapixel telephoto lens in the base and mid variants of the series.
Galaxy S25 Ultra Specifications
The S25 Ultra variant of the S25 series is going to be very special. In which a large 6.9-inch Quad HD + Infinity-O-Edge Dynamic AMOLED display will be seen. It is also designed with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset processor. In which a very tremendous camera quality is going to be available.

Galaxy S25 can have a 6.2-inch screen, Galaxy S25 Plus 6.7 inches and Galaxy S25 Ultra 6.86-inch screen. These upcoming Samsung smartphones are expected to have Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2x punch-hole screen, which will also have QHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, high brightness and in-display fingerprint sensor.
Camera
In which a very tremendous camera quality is going to be available. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra can be launched with quad rear camera and S25 Plus can be launched with triple rear camera setup. According to leaks, the back panel of S25 Ultra will have a 200MP main camera sensor supported by OIS and PDAF. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra can be launched on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset built on 3nm fabrications. This processor has been seen in smartphones like OnePlus 13, Xiaomi 15, iQOO 13 and Realme GT 7 Pro. At the same time, Exynos 2500 processor can be found in Galaxy S25 and S25 + smartphones.
Memory
It is believed that all three models of the series will be launched on 12GB RAM and 16GB RAM. The base variant of the smallest model can start from 128GB storage and the top variant of the largest model can have 1TB storage.
Battery
We will also get to see a big and powerful battery in the upcoming Galaxy A25 Ultra. At present the mAh power is not confirmed, but we can hope that this mobile will support at least 5,500 mAh battery. And this can be a silicon carbon battery. If the leaks are to be believed, it will be equipped with 45W fast charging technology, but we expect something more.
Galaxy AI
The company itself has said that all the models of the new Samsung Galaxy S25 series will be equipped with advanced and next generation artificial intelligence technology.
