The Selection Post Phase 13 examination conducted by SSC has been conducted from 24 July to 1 August 2025. But from the very first day, the examination system of SSC came under question. Students say that they prepared for the exam for several months, reached the exam center by spending thousands of rupees and finally the exam has been canceled. Many students did not even get information about the cancellation of the exam.
After this, hashtags like #SSC Management #Justice for Aspirants started trending on social media. Gradually, this online resentment of the students turned into a ground movement and now students and teachers are together doing the Delhi Chalo movement.
What Is The Demand Of Students And Teachers
The demand of the students is that the rule of transparency and accountability should be implemented in an institution like SSC. Because many big examinations of the country are conducted by SSC. In which every time some kind of negligence and disturbance occurs. Frequent technical problems, incidents of cancellation of examination and negligence in giving information demoralize the students and they also suffer a big loss financially.
Complaints have also surfaced about widespread technical flaws in the exam, which include the following:
- Computer system crashing
- Biometric system not working
- Allotment of exam centers not being done properly
Students believe that the root of these problems is the recently changed exam vendor by SSC. Candidates allege that the new vendor has a very poor record and is not able to handle such a large examination process. This has also raised serious doubts about big exams like the upcoming SSC CGL 2025 (in which about 30 lakh candidates will appear).

The students alleged that the server was hanging repeatedly during the examination. At some places the mouse was not working, and at some places the computer shut down in the middle. The website is also very slow, difficulties were faced in submitting the answer sheet. Many students said that their exam was left incomplete due to technical problems.
